Applied Regulatory Consulting is owned by its two principals:
Tim Felgate - Director
Tim is a regulatory affairs consultant with 20 years international experience within multinational ethical pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations and consultancy covering a wide range of countries and projects. He is also an experienced manager of teams of regulatory professionals.
Elaine Felgate - Director
Elaine's educational background is in mathematics. She has experience in office management and HR, together with the management of contracts and personnel records, handling sensitive confidential information and maintaining it in a secure environment, including for a government agency.
